笔者于1988年秋后对感染杂菌的培养料进行发酵和添加少许麦秸栽培平菇,取得较好效果。(一)原料处理将感染杂菌的棉子壳料摊于水泥地面曝晒3天,按每百公斤料加4公斤石灰粉拌匀,装入塑料袋内扎口备用。麦秸切成3厘米长的小段。(二)拌料发酵将棉子壳与麦秸分开拌料。污染料配方为基料70公斤,加石膏2%、石灰2.5%、过磷酸钙3%、多菌灵0.1%、磷酸二氢钾0.5%,料水比1:1.2~1.4。麦秸料配方为麦秸35公斤,另加麸皮16%、过磷酸钙1.5%、石膏1%、石灰2%、高锰酸钾0.1%,料水比为1:1.5。将污染料及麦秸料按配方各自拌匀后再混合均匀,在洁净的地上堆成1.2米高的馒头形,覆盖薄膜,上插温度计。当料温升到50℃时,揭开薄膜并在其上每隔40厘米用木棒打一到底的通气孔,再覆膜一天,次日开始翻堆,翻堆时先将表层料放在一边,再将堆心料翻于其上,以后每隔2天翻堆一次。
