由北京市乒乓球协会、北京国际乒乓球交流中心主办的1994年“鸿翔杯”北京乒乓球公开赛于2月20日至2月24日在北京国际乒乓球交流中心举行。来自11个省市、加上解放军、国家队,以及日本、俄罗斯、香港、台湾在内的近200名运动员参加了这一赛事。比赛共设男、女单打,男、女双打四个比赛项目。最终,获得男子单打冠军的是孔令辉(国家队),亚军刘松(国家队);李菊(国家队)、王晨(北京联汇丰)分获女子单打冠、亚军;男子双打冠军被孔令辉/冯喆(国家队)夺走,王飞/张勇(国家队)获得亚军;女子双打冠军获得者为国家队的李菊/杨影,
The 1994 Hongxiang Cup Beijing Table Tennis Open, sponsored by the Beijing Table Tennis Association and the Beijing International Table Tennis Exchange Center, was held at the Beijing International Table Tennis Exchange Center from February 20 to February 24. Nearly 200 athletes from 11 provinces and cities, including PLA, national team, Japan, Russia, Hong Kong and Taiwan participated in the event. A total of male, female singles, men and women’s doubles four competitions. In the end, men’s singles champion Kong Linghui (national team), runner-up Liu Song (national team); Li Ju (national team), Wang Chen (Beijing Union HSBC) won the women’s singles crown, runner-up; Men’s Doubles champion Kong Linghui / Feng Zhe (national team) away, Wang Fei / Zhang Yong (national team) won the runner-up; women’s doubles champion won the national team of Li Ju / Yang Ying,
