某型飞机方向舵中段壁板上使用了ARALL层板代替传统铝合金板材,通过对ARALL层板的设计以及力学性能试验,验证了ARALL层板设计达到了研制要求,解决了某型飞机方向舵中段壁板钉孔振动疲劳裂纹及铆钉松动等问题。
ARALL laminates are used instead of the traditional aluminum alloy plates in the mid-section of a certain aircraft rudder. Through the design of the ARALL laminates and the mechanical performance tests, the design of the ARALL laminates meets the research and development requirements and resolves the problem that the mid- Plate nail hole vibration fatigue crack and rivet loose and so on.
