随着杭州城市的不断扩大,大批新建楼盘和住宅小区向周边发展,仅以武林广场为中心的购物格局,将无法满足城市发展和居民居住地域扩大的变化。环顾四周,一些商业项目纷纷启动:西城广场将于年底开业,几年后银泰将落户三墩,位于钱江南岸的滨江不久之后也将出现一条商业步行街,同时下沙的三个商业项目:华元·16街区、福雷德广场、邻里中心都已动工。这些商业项目有大有小,规模不同,但都是城市发展的需要。
