抗日战争时期,在中国共产党正确的经济政策指导下,根据地军民开展了全面的经济建设,为克服困难、坚持长期抗战打下了物质基础。这些经济政策既符合根据地的实际,也是党的新民主主义革命理论在经济活动中的具体体现,形成了鲜明的特点。这些经济政策的制定和实施,对今天中国特色社会主义建设仍具有启发和借鉴意义。
During the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan, under the guidance of the correct economic policy of the CPC, the all-round economic construction of the military and civilian areas under the CPC has been carried out and laid the material foundation for overcoming the difficulties and for persisting in protracted anti-Japanese war. These economic policies are not only in line with the actual conditions in the base areas, but also the concrete manifestation of the party's new-democratic revolutionary theory in economic activities and have formed distinctive characteristics. The formulation and implementation of these economic policies will still have inspiration and reference for the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics today.
