林业生态工程是指依据生态工程学和森林生态学的基本原理,设计、建造的以木本植物为主体、协调人与自然关系的一种生产工艺系统。林业生态工程对于涵养水源、保持水土、防风固沙、维护生态平衡,减少自然灾害,保障和促进工农业生产的发展,为人类创造一个良好的生存环境具有重要的意义。就林业生态工程的概念、林业生态工程的基本原理进行了论述,并阐述了林业生态工程的未来发展趋势。
Forestry ecological engineering refers to a kind of production technology system designed and constructed based on the principles of ecological engineering and forest ecology, taking woody plants as the main body and coordinating the relationship between people and nature. Forestry ecological engineering is of great significance for human beings to create a good living environment for conserving water, maintaining soil and water, preventing wind and sand, maintaining ecological balance, reducing natural disasters, ensuring and promoting the development of industry and agriculture.
