下颌骨是面部体积最大,面积最广,位置最突出的骨骼,也是头面部唯一能运动的骨骼,因此在车祸、工伤事故中下颌骨骨折是面部骨骼骨折率最高的一种。近年来我科共收治45例由不同原因所引起的下颌骨骨折病人,除其中3例因上下颌骨骨折或多发性颌骨骨折,取用颌间结扎加骨间或骨内固定外,其余42例均取用单纯牙颌结扎固定术得到良好的复位固定效果,现将观察结果报告如下:
