采用薄层扫描法测定南板蓝的根、茎、叶中靛玉红与靛蓝的含量。结果南板蓝的叶中靛玉红和靛蓝含量最高,其次是茎,最少是根,为修订板蓝根冲剂(二方)提供了依据。
TLC scanning method was used to determine the contents of indirubin and indigo in the roots, stems and leaves of Nanban blue. Results The contents of indirubin and indigo in the leaves of Nanban blue were the highest, followed by stems and at least roots, which provided the basis for the revision of Banlangen granules (two parties).
