以水牛、大鼠为对象 ,采用感染肝片吸虫的生物性和由CCl4 导致的化学性致肝脏损伤两种方法 ,探讨了肝损伤组织匀浆中某些花生四烯酸代谢物的水平变化。结果表明 :水牛和大鼠肝脏损伤后 ,肝组织匀浆中PGE2 、TXB2 和 6 keto PGF1α水平均升高或明显升高 ,花生四烯酸代谢物变化大小与肝脏损伤程度直接有关 ,一些花生四烯酸代谢物是参与或介导不同致病因素引起的肝脏损伤的重要促炎介质。
The buffalo and rats were used to investigate the changes of some arachidonic acid metabolites in liver homogenate tissue by using the biological method of infecting Fasciola hepatica and the chemical damage of liver caused by CCl4. The results showed that the levels of PGE2, TXB2 and 6 keto PGF1α in liver homogenate were increased or significantly increased after buffalo and rat liver injury, and the change of arachidonic acid metabolites was directly related to the degree of liver injury. Some peanut four Metanoic acid metabolites are important proinflammatory mediators involved in or mediating liver damage caused by different causative agents.
