山东分公司紧紧围绕总公司“以仓储环节为突破口,率先推行精细化管理”的工作部署,深刻领会和研究精细化管理的内涵,认真分析研究仓储精细化管理的特点和目标要求。明确中央储备粮仓储精细化管理的内涵和特点,结合山东辖区仓储管理工作实际,通过思想发动、完善方案、积极推动等措施,在辖区大力推行仓储精细化管理活动,初步实现了“三精五细”的工作目标。
