用薄层色谱法考察了NaOH浓度对分离的影响,选用了含0.3 mol/L NaOH的0.5%CMC-Na溶液调和制板,以甲醇—乙酸乙酯—环己烷(10:45:45)为展开剂可将螺旋霉素完全分离,以甲醇—乙酸乙酯—环己烷(8:46:46)为展开剂可将乙酰螺旋霉素基本分离。用CS-910薄层扫描仪对样品进行了定量分析。
The effect of NaOH concentration on the separation was investigated by TLC. The plate was prepared by mixing 0.5% CMC-Na with 0.3 mol / L NaOH and methanol-ethyl acetate-cyclohexane (10:45:45) Spiroramycin can be completely separated as developing solvent, and acetylspiramycin can be separated with methanol - ethyl acetate - cyclohexane (8:46:46) as developing solvent.
