本文采用电感耦合高频等离子炬作光源,发射光谱测定金属钙中微量铜、铁、镍、锰、硅、钠、硼七个杂质元素。将每毫升中含有10毫克钙样品的溶液(酸度为0.8N)用气动雾化器雾化,经加热、去溶剂装置进入等离子炬。各杂质元素的测定范围为0.1—10微克/毫升。单次测量均方偏差(除钠为13%外)均在5—10%以内。方法简便、快速、稳定性较好,对一般光源中比较难测定的硅、钠等元素也获得了满意的结果。
In this paper, inductively coupled high-frequency plasma torch was used as the light source, and emission spectra were measured for seven trace elements of copper, iron, nickel, manganese, silicon, sodium and boron in metallic calcium. A solution containing 10 mg of calcium per milliliter (acidity 0.8 N) was atomized with a pneumatic atomizer and heated to desolvation into the plasma torch. The measurement range of each impurity element is 0.1 to 10 μg / ml. The mean square deviation of a single measurement (except for sodium 13%) is within 5-10%. The method is simple, rapid and stable, and satisfactory results have also been obtained for elements such as silicon and sodium, which are difficult to measure in general light sources.
