目的 研究黄芪对老年小鼠脑抗氧化系统的影响。方法 用 TUNEL法观察老年小鼠神经细胞凋亡率 ,并检测脑线粒体锰超氧化物歧化酶 (Mn- SOD)活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量。以黄芪水煎剂灌胃老年小鼠 30 d,观察黄芪对老年小鼠上述指标的影响。结果 老年小鼠 Mn- SOD活性降低 ,MDA含量升高 ,具有典型的凋亡特征 ;与老年组比较黄芪组脑线粒体 Mn- SOD活性升高 ,MDA含量降低 ,凋亡细胞数减少。结论 黄芪通过抗氧化作用抑制老年小鼠脑神经细胞凋亡。
Objective To study the effects of Astragalus membranaceus on the anti-oxidation system in the brain of aged mice. Methods TUNEL method was used to observe the apoptotic rate of neurons in aged mice. The mitochondrial Mn-SOD activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were detected. The geriatric mice were treated with astragalus decoction for 30 days to observe the effect of astragalus on the above indexes in aged mice. Results The activity of Mn-SOD was decreased and the content of MDA was increased in aged mice. The characteristics of apoptosis were typical. Compared with the old group, the activity of Mn-SOD in brain mitochondria was increased, the content of MDA was decreased, and the number of apoptotic cells was decreased. Conclusion Astragalus membranaceus inhibits neuronal apoptosis in aged mice by antioxidation.
