股票市场的建立和发展,是市场经济发展的必然产物,也是市场经济进一步发展所必不可少的条件。但在我国,股票市场必竟是一种新生事物,在其成长和发育过程中也存在许多缺陷和不足,这些情况主要有:1.股市供求严重失衡。在企业体制改革中,股份制试点刚刚起步,发行股票上市流通的企业更是屈指可数,因此在短期内造成了股票供求的严重失衡。在供求失衡的股市中,股票价格与企业经营相关度较小,股票投资者并不关心股票发行企业的经营状况,他们只关心资本的利益所得,股票市场对企业经营的内在压力不够,这种现象背离了股份制建立的初衷。2.市场的流通性不足。市场的流通性不足是股市供求严重失衡

However, in our country, the stock market is a new thing after all. There are many defects and deficiencies in the process of its growth and development. These are mainly as follows: 1. The stock market is seriously unbalanced in supply and demand. In the process of enterprise system reform, the pilot of the shareholding system has just started and there are only a handful of enterprises that issue and circulate shares, resulting in a serious imbalance of supply and demand in the short term. In the unbalanced supply and demand of the stock market, the stock price has little correlation with the business operation. Stock investors are not concerned about the operation status of the stock issuers. They only care about the profit and interest of the capital.
