目的探讨加强职业卫生机构图书馆员职业道德建设的对策。方法通过对馆员职业道德建设内在含义的理解,进一步阐明职业卫生机构馆员职业道德建设的必要性。结果加强馆员职业道德建设,是构建和谐社会、实践科学发展观的需要,是预防医学和职业卫生事业发展的需要,是职业卫生机构图书馆建设的需要。结论馆员要自觉规范职业行为准则,全面提高专业素养,树立全心全意为职业卫生工作者服务思想,同时要让全社会都来关心馆员的教育和成长,提升馆员的社会价值。
Objective To explore the countermeasures to enhance the professional ethics of librarians in occupational health institutions. Methods Through the understanding of the intrinsic meaning of librarian’s professional ethics construction, it is necessary to further clarify the professional ethics of librarian in occupational health institutions. Results Strengthening the construction of professional ethics of librarians is the need of building a harmonious society and practicing the scientific concept of development. It is the need of preventing the development of medical and occupational health undertakings and the need of the library construction of occupational health institutions. Conclusion Librarians should conscientiously standardize professional codes of conduct, comprehensively improve their professional accomplishments and establish a dedicated service concept for occupational health workers. At the same time, they should let the whole society care about the education and growth of librarians and enhance the social value of librarians.
