高职毕业生就业问题已成为制约全国普通高校毕业生就业的全局性问题。高职毕业生就业问题与社会经济发展、劳动力市场制度、行业企业参与、就业指导和服务体系建设以及教育自身等诸多领域紧密相关。认真考察高职毕业生就业难问题之所以产生,发现也正是由于如上领域出现了制度偏差才导致的。本文拟对导致高职毕业生就业难的诸多制度缺失进行深入剖析。
The employment problem of higher vocational college graduates has become the overall problem restricting the employment of college graduates across the country. The employment of higher vocational graduates is closely related to many fields such as social and economic development, labor market system, participation of enterprises in industries, employment guidance and service system construction and education itself. It is precisely because of the system deviations in the above fields that the serious problems of the employment of high-vocational graduates are seriously explored. This article intends to make a deep analysis of the defects of many systems that make the employment of higher vocational graduates difficult.
