初次见到张志君先生是在湖南省委九所的一次晚宴上,当时酒过半巡,好客的主人打电话说请九所的张总来作陪,不出两分钟,一位中等个子推门而至。主人介绍说张总是湘菜大师、中国烹饪大师、中国餐饮文化大师,还是位画家,张总立即谦逊地说“爱好者而已”。那一次张总有要事很快就离开了,但短短的几分钟给我留下独特的印象,他与以往我在酒店见过的老总们不同,既不红光满面,也不热情洋溢,说话慢条斯理、温文尔雅,不卑不亢的态度给我感觉更像个修为极高的女人。
