目的:对舒肝解郁胶囊与舍曲林治疗老年2型糖尿病伴发抑郁的临床疗效进行观察。方法:选取从2012年8月到2013年8月收治的60位2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者,随机将所有患者分成对照组(30)与观察组(30),对照组采用曲舍林进行治疗,在此基础上观察组患者与疏肝解郁胶囊配合治疗。结果:在有效概率方面,两组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。在HAMD评分方面,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05,其差异有统计学意义。对照组发生不良反应概率为33.33%,观察组发生不良反应概率为13.33%,将两组进行对比,治疗组明显低于对照组,P<0.05,其差异有统计学意义。结论:对于2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者采取舒肝解郁胶囊联合舍曲林治疗,均能起到有一定的疗效,但疏肝解郁胶囊的临床疗效优于舍曲林,并且不容易出现不良反应,安全有效,本组研究的样本量较少,还需要做进一步的研究。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu capsule and sertraline in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes with depression. Methods: Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and depression who were admitted to our hospital from August 2012 to August 2013 were randomly divided into control group (30) and observation group (30). Conclusion: Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with sertraline in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and depression can play a certain curative effect, but Shugan Jieyu capsule is superior to sertraline and is not prone to appear Adverse reactions, safe and effective, the sample size of the study less, but also need to do further research.
