大学毕业十六年来,我一直做班主任。在教育的道路上我始终提醒自己,应当用伴随思考的行动收获教育幸福,用生命圆自己的教育之梦。看着一批批学生在我的影响下成长,在感到幸福满足的同时,我也清楚地认识到,做班主任已成为我的一种生活方式。一、关注呵护,让爱成为文化班主任工作的起点是爱——对学生的爱、对教育的爱、对生活的爱。但我认为,在班级中,爱不应是教师一个人的付出,而应形成一种集体成员相互关爱的氛围,使爱成为一种班级文化。作为老师,要教会学生爱,关键是要用爱的行动去表达
