在现代企业的经营管理模式中,企业的文化建设起着举足轻重的重要作用。同企业生产经营方式的选择以及经营目标的确立等客观性的环境要素相比较而言,企业文化价值体系的建立和完善对于企业内部管理的重要意义愈发凸显出来。换言之,文化创新在企业的经营管理活动中扮演着内部柔性环境因素的重要角色,是企业管理中细节化的凸显。本文笔者便针对文化创新对石油企业的管理方面所产生的重要意义进行分析探究,旨在提高文化软实力在石油企业管理中的受关注程度以促进我国石油企业得到良好快速的发展。
In the modern enterprise management mode, the cultural construction of enterprises plays a decisive role. Compared with the objective environmental factors such as the choice of mode of production and operation of enterprises and the establishment of business objectives, the establishment and improvement of corporate culture value system have become increasingly prominent for the internal management of enterprises. In other words, cultural innovation plays an important role as an internal flexible environmental factor in the operation and management of an enterprise, and is a highlight of the detail in enterprise management. In this paper, the writer analyzes and studies the significance of cultural innovation in the management of petroleum enterprises, aiming to raise the concern of cultural soft power in the management of petroleum enterprises so as to promote the good and rapid development of China’s petroleum enterprises.
