随着小体积、高活性的铱(~(192)Ir)放射源及遥控后装系统的出现,对脑深部肿瘤、术后残留肿瘤和复发肿瘤提供了一种新的治疗方法。我院1994年3月至1997年5月应用后装系统治疗脑肿瘤45例。现将治疗体会报道如下。
With the advent of small-volume, highly active thorium (~(192)Ir) sources and remotely mounted systems, it provides a new treatment for deep brain tumors, postoperative residual and recurrent tumors. In our hospital from March 1994 to May 1997, 45 cases of brain tumors were treated with posterior loading system. The treatment experience is reported below.
