大连第二电机厂,1988年开始实施“全面价值工程活动”,使企业走出困境,取得了明显效果。该厂实施的“全面价值工程活动”,实际上是一种“全面价值工程活动。其内容包括: 一、全面VE活动。全体职工都参加活动; 二、全系统VE。从计划、生产、技术、工艺、财务、能源、物资、设备、运输、仓库到生产服务各系统,各部门,都应用VE分析问题;
