根据市安委会第四次扩大会议的决定,在全市范围内组织开展2003年“百日安全无事故”活动。现将活动实施方案印发,请认真贯彻执行,抓好落实。 二○○三年十一月五日今年以来,我市安全生产形势比较严峻,一般事故多发,重大、多人伤亡事故抬头。7月份发生死亡事故19起,死亡20人;8、9、10三个月发生重大、多人伤亡事故5起,死亡13人,伤19人。
