药师在医药商業部門的工作安排問題,一般都認为很难找出适当的工作加以安排,虽然大家爭論过,可是並沒有很好解决。已在医药商業部門的药师,由于認識不清和工作安排不当,有的鬧情緒,甚至有个別新分配到医药商業部門的药师还有不願去公司报到的。我們分析一下原因究竟在那里呢?有人認为高等医药院校的教学内容有問題,有人認为医药商業本身的性質存在問題,也有一些商業领导干部認为这完全是技术人員——药师的思想問題。我認为說教学内容有問題是实在的,过去在培养和使用方面确存在脫节現象,至于其他的看法有他对的一面,但也有片面看問題
