介绍了一种半空心型材的判定方法,提出了适合于该类型材的一种新的保护式分流模结构,分析了这种结构的设计过程,介绍了有关设计参数的选择方法,主要包括分流孔的布置、模芯结构与分流孔进料方式的确定、壁厚补偿的位置与大小和下模焊合室结构设计与工作带选择。并根据挤压结果,对传统的平面模和新的保护式分流模结构进行了对比。这种新的保护式分流模结构具有结构简单、容易加工的特点。实践表明,采用这种模具结构可显著提高模具强度和寿命,可以达到传统平面模寿命10倍以上,以及明显提高挤压产品的质量,所得型材尺寸精度高、表面光亮,消除了使用平面模结构所产生的壁厚不均匀现象。
A new method of judging semi-hollow profile is introduced. A new shunt-type shunt structure suitable for this type of profile is proposed. The design process of this kind of structure is analyzed, and the selection method of design parameters is introduced.
