从高等职业教育的目标入手,研究分析学生管理现代化内容,改革教育理念,变革学生管理模式,让教师、学生管理者、家庭与社会参与到对学生的教育中;通过拓宽学生视野,强化学生管理工作的交流与合作,实现学生自主管理与自我服务;通过校园文化建设,引导学生树立正确的人生观和社会主义的核心价值观。建成多部门集成、互联互通的信息管理系统,提升管理的范围和效率,提升学生评价的有效性,把学生综合职业能力作为考核的重点,构建学生评价的框架体系。
Starting from the goal of higher vocational education, we should study and analyze the content of student management modernization, reform education philosophy, change student management mode, let teachers, students managers, families and society participate in the education of students; broaden students’ horizons and strengthen student management Work exchanges and cooperation, to achieve student self-management and self-service; through the construction of campus culture, and guide students to establish a correct outlook on life and the core values of socialism. To build a multi-sectoral integrated, interoperable information management system to enhance the scope and efficiency of management, enhance the effectiveness of student evaluation, the students comprehensive professional ability as the focus of assessment, to build a framework for evaluation of students.
