党的十四届三中全会通过的《关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,明确提出“建立适应市场经济要求、产权清晰、权责明确、政企分开、管理科学的现代企业制度。”这是一项既有理论高度,又有深远实践意义的系统工程。要实施这一工程,首先对其内涵要认真学习,加深理解,以利于推进我国现代企业制度的建立。
The “Decision on Several Issues Concerning the Establishment of a Socialist Market Economic System” adopted by the Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee clearly stated that “the establishment of a modern enterprise system that meets the requirements of market economy, clear property rights, clear rights and responsibilities, separate government and enterprises, and scientific management ”This is a systematic project with both theoretical and far-reaching practical significance. To implement this project, we must first conscientiously study its connotations and deepen its understanding so as to facilitate the establishment of a modern enterprise system in China.
