中国机床总公司成立十多年来,艰苦创业,开拓前进,积极参与市场竞争,公司经营业务得到全面快速发展,经济实力不断发展壮大。自1990年起进入全国最大的500家外贸企业行列,1993年外贸进出口总值达1.3亿美元,上升到188位。到1993年底净资产超过亿元,累计向国家上缴利税3000多万元。这一成绩的取得,关键是公司内部尊重人才、充分发挥人才作用的结果。
