本文提出在对“城中村”进行改造的同时,引入社会民营资本,尤其是城中村的原住民团体,共同支持规范改造城中村住房建设,通过平面取样寻求暗含相似构成模式的原有建筑构成压缩单元,为“城中村”各类居民提供比较优化的廉租建筑居住模式。通过这种居住模式的引导调动包括原住民团体在内的“城中村”居民共同“自助式”的参与改造建设。在保持廉价租房供给的同时,提供一种适合各群体的良好的居住空间、交往空间及安全环境。以此廉租建筑居住模式来适应性的、分解式的解决“城中村”问题。对此,我们以武汉市吴家村为研究对象进行了思考和探索。
