采用热释光监测方法,监测5家医院介入放射学工作人员深部个人剂量当量H_p(10),并按照岗位类别进行统计分析。结果显示,5家医疗机构医师的年有效剂量平均值分别为1.62、1.01、0.82、0.80、1.04 m Sv,护士的平均值分别为0.86、0.76、0.61、0.30、0.28 m Sv,技师的平均值分别为0.32、0.25、0.24、0.24、0.24 m Sv。2010—2014年岗位年有效剂量大小依次为医师>护士>技师。需要针对重点人员采取优化的防护措施。
The thermophilic luminescence monitoring method was used to monitor the deep individual dose equivalent H_p (10) of the interventional radiology staff in five hospitals and the statistical analysis was conducted according to the job category. The results showed that the average annual effective doses of physicians in five medical institutions were 1.62, 1.01, 0.82, 0.80 and 1.04 m Sv, respectively. The average nurses’ scores were 0.86, 0.76, 0.61, 0.30 and 0.28 mSv, respectively, Respectively 0.32,0.25,0.24,0.24,0.24 m Sv. In 2010-2014, the annual effective dose size was in the order of physician, nurse, technician. Need to focus on the personnel to take optimal protective measures.
