“锡御糯”选自“苏御糯”的矮秆变异株,经5年分离筛选于1989年育成,其株高较“苏御糯”矮30cm;叶片挺立、短、厚而色深,抗倒性强,增穗增粒、抗稻瘟病,增产40%左右。为探明“锡御糯”在水稻育种亲本应用上的特殊价值,故配组粳稻品种与“锡御糯”杂交试验。1 材料与方法1.1材料 以“锡御糯”为父本,“武育粳2号”及“93-25”为母本进行杂交。1.2方法 母本进行化杀去雄,自然授粉;小区为5行区。单株系统选择法;F_2代在抽穗结束后测定每
