目的探讨下肢静脉血栓形成(LEDVT)的原因,减少下肢静脉血栓形成。方法收集15 a来共10例下肢静脉血栓形成的患者病历,并进一步分析、整理、总结。结果 8例经抗凝及溶栓治疗1疗程后病情明显减轻,继续口服药治疗3个月后痊愈。2例行血栓切除术者,术后效果良好。结论早期诊断并及早给予适当治疗是决定LEDVT预后的关键。
Objective To investigate the causes of lower extremity venous thrombosis (LEDVT) and reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis of the lower extremities. Methods The medical records of 10 patients with venous thrombosis of lower extremities collected for 15 years were collected and further analyzed, collated and summarized. Results 8 cases after anticoagulant and thrombolytic therapy after a course of treatment significantly reduced the condition, continue oral medication 3 months after the cure. 2 cases of thrombectomy, postoperative effect is good. Conclusion Early diagnosis and early appropriate treatment is the key to determine the prognosis of LEDVT.
