目的观察旋毛虫感染兔后血嗜酸性粒细胞的动态变化,为旋毛虫病(Trichinosis)血嗜酸性粒细胞的检测提供基础资料。方法将实验用兔随机分组:感染组10只,每只喂入10 000条幼虫;对照组10只。在感染后不同时间检测血嗜酸性粒细胞绝对数。结果感染旋毛虫兔血嗜酸性粒细胞计数升高,于第4周达高峰,随后逐渐降低。结论嗜酸性粒细胞的检测对于旋毛虫病具有辅助诊断意义。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of blood eosinophils in rabbits infected with Trichinella and provide basic data for the detection of Trichinosis blood eosinophils. Methods Rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group (10 rabbits in infected group, 10 rabbits in each group) and 10 rabbits in control group. Blood eosinophils were tested at different times after infection. Results The blood eosinophil counts of rabbits infected with Trichinella spiralis increased and peaked at the 4th week, then decreased gradually. Conclusion The detection of eosinophils has diagnostic significance for trichinosis.
