目的 探讨延髓心血管调节中枢受累后心电图的改变 ,心电图改变的机理和治疗。方法 选择经手术后病理证实的延髓闩部血管网织细胞瘤 4 7例 ,分别对其术前术后心电图进行检测。结果 延髓组心电图异常率、平均心率、QTc间期异常率、QTc间期均值、ST段异常、T波异常率、窦性心动过速发生率、存活病例每例心电图异常项数均与对照组有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 延髓心血管调节中枢受累 ,可以使副交感神经受到抑制 ,交感神经系统兴奋性异常增高 ,产生心率增快、复极障碍为主的心电图改变 ,心电图异常率明显增高 ,使用 β 受体阻滞剂等可减少恶性心律失常的出现 ,提高生存率
Objective To investigate the changes of electrocardiogram (ECG) and the mechanism and treatment of electrocardiogram (ECG) after medullary regulation of medulla oblongata. Methods Forty-seven patients with medullary cystocystoma of the medulla oblongata confirmed by pathology were selected and their preoperative and postoperative electrocardiograms were examined. Results The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram, average heart rate, QTc interval abnormality, QTc interval mean, ST segment abnormality, T wave abnormality rate, the incidence of sinus tachycardia and the number of electrocardiogram anomalies in each case were significantly different from those in the control group There was a significant difference (P <0 05). Conclusions The medulla oblongata involved in cardiovascular regulation could inhibit the parasympathetic nerves, increase the excitability of the sympathetic nervous system, lead to the increase of heart rate, increase of electrocardiogram (ECG) and increase of abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG).
