采用电解充氢的方法研究了具有不同组织形貌的Ti-6Al-4V钛合金的室温吸氢能力的差异及其形成原因。研究表明,Ti-6Al-4V钛合金组织形貌不同,其室温吸氢能力也有明显的不同。双态组织的室温吸氢能力最弱,而魏氏组织的室温吸氢能力最强。β相的形貌、数量、连续性等组织特征对其吸氢能力影响很大,而α相的组织特征对其吸氢能力影响相对较小。双态组织的Ti-6Al-4V钛合金具有更好的抗氢脆效果。
The difference of hydrogen storage capacity of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy with different microstructure and its formation reason was studied by means of electrolytic hydrogenation. The results show that the morphology of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy is different, and its hydrogen storage capacity at room temperature is obviously different. Bimorphic hydrogen storage capacity is the weakest at room temperature, while the wei’s tissue hydrogen storage capacity at room temperature strongest. The morphology, quantity and continuity of β phase have a great influence on the hydrogen absorption capacity, while the microstructure of α phase has a relatively small effect on the hydrogen absorption capacity. Dual-state Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy has better resistance to hydrogen embrittlement.
