目的为实现医疗机构与国家传染病报告系统的信息交换,探索智能平台直报模式在传染病报告中的应用。方法通过基础设施建设、交换接口标准等研究和各相关机构改造运行方案的实施,从硬件和软件两个方面推进智能直报模式的建设。结果通过平台逐层推进的方式,完成从医疗机构至国家传染病报告系统的智能直报系统建设,截至2016年8月的运行结果显示,上报成功率和信息一致率均为100%。结论该系统对传染病智能直报模式的实践在满足业务需要的基础上,极大减少了以往报告模式的工作量,有效杜绝了传染病的漏报、迟报等问题。
Objective To realize the exchange of information between medical institutions and national infectious disease reporting system and to explore the application of intelligent platform direct reporting model in infectious disease reporting. Methods Through the research of infrastructure construction and exchange interface standards and the implementation of transformation programs of relevant agencies, the construction of intelligent direct reporting mode is promoted from the aspects of hardware and software. Results Through the platform-by-layer approach, the construction of an intelligent direct reporting system from a medical institution to a national infectious disease reporting system was completed. As of August 2016, the operation results showed that both the reported success rate and the information consistency rate were 100%. Conclusion The practice of intelligent direct reporting of infectious diseases based on the business needs of the system greatly reduces the workload of the previous reporting model and effectively eliminates the problems of underreporting and late reporting of infectious diseases.
