常用的先复位机构有弹簧装置式,三角(楔形)滑块式,杠杆及锁链式等数种。这几种机构中,除弹簧装置式外,由于结构上原因,复位推杆均位于模具前后两侧面(相对模具工作位置)的中心位置。再则,上述几种机构都必须安装在顶杆固定板与动模垫板之间。因此,固定在定模上的复位推杆长度必然大大超过定模的厚度。如遇注塑过程中,需在定模型腔中安放金属嵌件,尤其是在深腔的情况下,将会给操作带来许多不便。为此,我们在生产实践中,设计了如图1所
