目的为确保医用辐射安全,对使用131I治疗甲状腺癌工作场所进行辐射防护设计。方法调研我国现行的使用131I治疗甲状腺癌工作场所的辐射防护设计需要遵循的标准和防护情况。结果列举使用131I治疗甲状腺癌工作场所的辐射防护设计需要遵循的各项标准,屏蔽设计的推荐值,放射性废气、放射性废液、放射性固体废物的辐射防护设计要求,工作场所平面布局、室内表面及装备结构要求。结论遵循中国现行相关标准的要求,给出了使用131I治疗甲状腺癌工作场所的辐射防护设计。
Objective To ensure the safety of medical radiation, radiation protection design for workplace with thyroid cancer using 131I. Methods To investigate the current standards of protection and radiation protection in 131I thyroid cancer workplace in China. The results include recommendations for the design of radiation protection for thyroid cancer workplaces using 131I, recommendations for shielding design, radioactive waste gas, radioactive effluents, radiation protection design requirements for radioactive solid wastes, workplace layout, indoor surfaces and Equipment structure requirements. Conclusion Following the requirements of current Chinese standards, the radioprotective design of thyroid cancer workplace using 131I is given.
