由于社会经济的迅速发展,工业化进程也随之迅速加快,一方面对于提升人们的生活水平起到至关重要的积极作用,但与此同时,因为工业化过程中必须依靠燃烧大量化石能源,并且释放出很多温室气体,也造成了严重的温室效应。我国作为一个发展中国家,发展低碳经济不仅满足世界经济的整体形势,也符合国内可持续发展的基本战略。本文主要阐述了低碳经济法律保障的重要性和现状,以及国内低碳经济法律方面的基本状况及缺陷,最后提出了相应的法律对策。
Due to the rapid socio-economic development, the process of industrialization has also accelerated rapidly. On the one hand, it plays an extremely important and positive role in raising people’s living standards. At the same time, however, industrialization must rely on burning large amounts of fossil fuels and releasing A lot of greenhouse gases, but also caused a serious greenhouse effect. As a developing country, developing a low-carbon economy not only meets the overall situation of the global economy but also meets the basic strategy of sustainable development in our country. This article mainly expounds the importance and status quo of legal protection of low-carbon economy, as well as the basic conditions and shortcomings of domestic low-carbon economy law, and finally puts forward the corresponding legal countermeasures.
