三氯杀虫酯是目前国内广泛应用的新型有机氯杀虫剂。三氯杀虫酯的急性、蓄积性及慢性毒性的研究结果为:小鼠急性LD50雄鼠为1164.5mg/kgB·W·(1076.0—1259.5mg/kgB·W·),雄鼠为3116.0mg/kgB·W·(1986.5—4888.0mg/kgB·W·)。毒性的主要表现为中枢神经系统症状,属低毒性农药,蓄积系数为9.63,具有弱蓄积性。用含三氯杀虫酯125ppm、500ppm饲料喂养小鼠10个月后,500ppm组小鼠可见肝脏肿大及较明显的组织病理学变化,肝脏脏器系数与对照组比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),肝脏125ppm组变化不明显。
Triclosan is currently a new type of organochlorine pesticide widely used in China. The acute, accumulative and chronic toxicities of trichloro-insecticides were studied. The results showed that the acute LD50 in mice was 1164.5 mg / kgB · W · (1076.0-1259.5 mg / kgB · W ·) and that in male was 3116.0 mg / kgB · W · (1986.5-4888.0 mg / kgB · W ·). The main toxicity of the central nervous system symptoms, is a low toxicity of pesticides, the accumulation coefficient of 9.63, with a weak accumulation. Ten months after the mice were treated with 125ppm chlorothalonil and 500ppm feed, the liver enlargement and obvious histopathological changes were observed in 500ppm mice. The differences of liver organ coefficient and control group were significant (P <0.01), liver 125ppm group did not change significantly.
