随着新课改的不断升级,小学美术逐步成为教育界关注的教学重点,并且将小学美术列入到新课改的相关教学要求当中,小学美术教学也成为重点教学目标。因此,小学美术有效性教学急需改革优化。在创新与人性化的理念上,需要将新课改多媒体教学要求教学管理的规划设计与人性化理念充分的融合。首先,需要将新课改多媒体教学要求教学技术与小学美术有效性教学的实际发展情况紧密联系;其次,要从小学美术有效性教学质量的角度出发,在教学有效性、教学技术等方面进行创新优化。
