本文报道22例风心病患儿心导纳微分环改变,按心功能分为心功能Ⅰ、Ⅱ级组和心功能Ⅲ、Ⅳ级组,并与同年龄22例健康儿童对照分析。结果显示:心功能Ⅰ、Ⅱ级时仅Ⅰ相面积缩小,Ⅱ相面积与总面积比值增大。心功能Ⅲ、Ⅳ级时则Ⅰ相面积、Ⅰ相面积与总面积比值均缩小,Ⅲ相面积、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ相面积与总面积比值均增大,Ⅲ相与Ⅰ相面积比值增大。作者认为心导纳微分环可反映风心病患儿心功能变化。
This paper reports 22 cases of rheumatic heart cardiac admittance differential ring changes, according to cardiac function is divided into cardiac function Ⅰ, Ⅱ group and cardiac function Ⅲ, Ⅳ grade group, and with the same age, 22 cases of healthy children control analysis. The results showed that only the area of Ⅰ phase and the area of Ⅱ phase increased with the total area. The ratio of the area of phase Ⅰ to the area of Ⅰ phase and the total area of heart Ⅲ and Ⅳ were both reduced. The ratio of the area of phase Ⅲ, the area of Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ to the total area increased, and the ratio of phase Ⅲ to phase Ⅰ increased . The authors believe that cardiac admittance differential ring can reflect changes in cardiac function in children with rheumatic heart disease.
