在利用小波变换对拾取的激光焊接等离子体的AE(AcousticEmission)信号进行分析的基础上 ,对小波分解后得到的细节信号作进一步处理。在此基础上提取的曲线很好地反映了激光焊接过程的状态变化 ,能够快速地检测到焊接缺陷 ,这说明应用曲线实现激光焊接质量控制是可行的。
Based on the analysis of AE (Acoustic Emission) signals picked up by laser welding plasma by wavelet transform, the detail signals obtained after wavelet decomposition are further processed. The curve extracted on this basis reflects the state changes of the laser welding process well and can detect the welding defects quickly. This shows that it is feasible to use the curve to control the quality of laser welding.
