不论是起源于西方的油画,还是中国传统的水墨画,作为绘画语言之一的线条都起着举足轻重的作用,存在于各种绘画表现形式中。中国画与油画中线条的不同表现使其作品有着强大的生命力。线条本身就具有特殊的艺术吸引力的,是构成画面的因素之一,在由艺术家根据画面需要对线条进行分析,实践,思索,使其具有艺术家的主观性和独特的个性。所以在中西方的油画作品中,线条被广泛的使用,虽然线条的元素及其简单,却包含着独特的魅力。回顾艺术史上的大师,不乏用线的绘画的大师,以此形成了个人独特的艺术印记。
