为研究NEPE推进剂的老化情况,探讨了运用连续松弛谱表征NEPE推进剂老化进程的方法。分别对在80℃,75℃,70℃,65℃下加速老化的NEPE推进剂进行动态力学分析试验,数据表明,NEPE推进剂的连续松弛谱可以直观全面表征推进剂高分子多层结构的粘弹性特性,且同一加速老化温度下随老化时间增加动态粘弹性连续松弛谱频率分布范围逐步收窄,结合推进剂老化机理分析,该变化趋势可以表征推进剂老化进程。
In order to study the aging of NEPE propellants, the method of continuous aging relaxation was used to characterize the aging process of NEPE propellants. The dynamic mechanical analysis of NEPE propellants accelerated aging at 80 ℃, 75 ℃, 70 ℃ and 65 ℃ respectively shows that the continuous relaxation spectrum of NEPE propellant can directly and completely characterize the viscosity of the propellant polymer multi-layer structure The dynamic viscoelastic continuous relaxation frequency spectrum is gradually narrowed with the increase of aging time at the same accelerated aging temperature. Combining with the analysis of the aging mechanism of propellants, this trend can characterize the progress of propellant aging.
