凤尾菇属一种可食用的真菌,是一种味道鲜美、营养丰富的菌类蔬菜,据测定,凤尾菇含有十多种人体所需要的氨基酸,蛋白质含量高达26.6—35.6％。根据有关资料介绍,腐钠作为刺激剂,既可增加作物的产量,又可提高产品的质量,八三年十月下旬,我们用浓度为0.05％,PH值为7.4—7.8的腐钠溶液对凤尾菇进行喷施,试验结果表明,腐钠对凤尾菇生长,孑实体的形成有一定的促进作用。
