今年以来,在执行新税制之际,电力和原盐继续不断提价,给我们氯碱工业生产经营活动造成极大困难。最近,我们根据1993年企业经济效益完成情况对电力、原盐以及执行新税制的情况,组织了22个重点企业进行调查,并对1994年经济效益情况进行预计。预计情况表明:电于电力、原盐两项原材料及动力提价,影响22个企业减利58280万元;由于原盐开征资源税,影响22个企业减利
Since the beginning of this year, in the implementation of the new tax system, electricity and raw salt prices have continued to increase, which has caused great difficulties for our chlor-alkali industry’s production and business activities. Recently, we have organized 22 key enterprises to conduct surveys based on the completion of the 1993 economic efficiency of enterprises on electricity, raw salt, and the implementation of the new tax system. We also estimated the economic benefits in 1994. It is expected that the situation shows that the price increase of electricity and raw materials and raw salt will affect the profits of 22 enterprises by 582.8 million yuan; due to the original tax, the resource tax will affect the profits of 22 enterprises.
