我们应用大剂量化疗、全淋巴组织照射[TB(L)I]及自体骨髓移植(ABMT)治疗18例恶性淋巴瘸(ML),取得满意结果,报道如下。 病人及方法 18例中男11例,女7例;平均年龄33.5岁。其中何杰金氏病(HD)8例,非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)10例,所有患者均为Ⅲ～Ⅳ期病人,移植时对第一线化疗药物耐药者8例,骨髓(BM)受累1例,中枢神经系统(CNS)受累2例。 BM的采集与保存方法略。1例BM受累的HD,根据高热在体外能选择性地杀伤肿瘤细胞的原理,在采髓后经42℃高热处理60分钟保存输注。 移植前治疗方案及治疗经过:移植前治疗方案
We applied high-dose chemotherapy, total lymphoid irradiation [TB (L) I] and autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT) in 18 cases of malignant lymphoma (ML), and achieved satisfactory results reported below. 18 cases of patients and 11 males and 7 females; the average age of 33.5 years.
