为使某已投入使用的紧邻石灰岩采石场的矿石破碎站免遭坠落矿石的破坏,需要为该破碎站设计和建造防护结构。采用方钢管混凝土柱和钢支撑作为防护结构的竖向结构,双向钢-混凝土组合梁板作为屋盖结构,通过对不同方案的分析比较,确定在屋盖结构上铺设土+钢板+土作为吸收坠石冲击能量的缓冲层和防护层。采用通用软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行屋盖抗坠石撞击模拟计算分析,采用SAP 2000进行整体结构计算。结果表明,该防护结构达到抵抗体积为1 m3、坠落高度为160 m的坠石撞击的要求。提出的防护结构可以作为一般工业和民用建筑抗坠落重物冲击设计参考。
In order to protect an ore crushing plant in an adjacent immediate limestone quarry from falling ore, a protective structure needs to be designed and constructed for the crushing plant. The square steel tube concrete column and the steel support are taken as the vertical structure of the protective structure and the bidirectional steel-concrete composite beam is used as the roof structure. Through comparing and analyzing the different schemes, it is determined that laying the soil + steel plate + soil as the absorption on the roof structure Falling stones impact energy of the buffer layer and protective layer. The general software ANSYS / LS-DYNA was used to simulate the roof anti-falling impact and the SAP2000 was used to calculate the overall structure. The results show that the protective structure meets the requirement of a crashed rock against the volume of 1 m3 and the falling height of 160 m. The proposed protective structure can be used as reference for anti-falling heavy impact design in general industrial and civil buildings.
