[目的 ]了解碘盐在不同条件下碘的损失情况。 [方法 ]采集本区各碘盐销售点及小学生家中用的散装盐 ,用硫代硫酸钠直接滴定法检测。 [结果 ]经煮沸 5min后 ,样品碘含量均下降 ,平均降 3.2 % ;继续煮沸至 10 min,有 83%样品碘下降 ,平均降 0 .1%。敞开自然存放 10天 ,碘含量均下降 ,平均降 8.0 % ;继续放置至 2 0天 ,有 95%样品碘下降 ,平均降 2 3.4 %。暗处密闭存放 10天 ,有76.7%样品碘下降 ,平均降 3.9% ;继续放置至 2 0天 ,有 4 6.6%样品碘下降 ,平均降 0 .6%。 [结论 ]从销售到实际利用整个过程碘的损失量接近 35%。
[Objective] To understand the loss of iodine under different conditions. [Methods] The iodized salt in this area were collected at the point of sale and the bulk salt used by the pupils at home, and detected by direct titration with sodium thiosulfate. [Result] The iodine content of the sample decreased by 3.2% on average after boiling for 5min. The iodine content of 83% sample decreased by 0.1% on average after boiling for 10 min. After 10 days of open storage, the iodine content decreased, with an average decrease of 8.0%. When the samples were kept for 20 days, 95% of the samples showed a decrease of iodine, with an average decrease of 23.4%. Dark place sealed for 10 days, 76.7% sample iodine decreased, with an average decrease of 3.9%; continue to place until 20 days, 4 6.6% sample iodine decreased average 0.6%. [Conclusion] The loss of iodine from sales to actual utilization is close to 35%.
